Returns and exchanges

Did you receive your order and are you not satisfied with one or more product(s)? Please let us know by emailing us at, we will be happy to find a solution for you.

What if I would like to return a product?

1.) Please email us at to inform us about the return. Any shipping costs that are the result of a return will have to be paid by you. If there are justified complaints we may refund return shipping costs.

2.) Ensure the item is properly packed, the responsibility of losing or damaging the package lies with you. If you are not sure how to pack an item securely, please email us at and we will be happy to help you! Please include a note with your name and order number in the package.

3.) Once we have received the returned item in good condition, we will refund your purchase. 

What if I would like to exchange a product?

If you would like to exchange a product, you can simply place a new order and return the previous item following the returns process outlined above.


The statutory warranty applies to all of our products. If a product breaks within this period, you are entitled to this warranty and we will issue a refund or replace the product depending on availability.
