Description
This charming bonsai pot by Hattori features a deep “Lotus” silhouette, characterized by its generous depth and soft, rounded walls that curve gently into a sturdy base. The finish is a smooth, satin-matte powder blue glaze. The outward-rolled rim provides a visual frame for the composition, while the discreet feet lift the vessel elegantly, ensuring both stability and proper drainage.
The soft blue hue of this pot makes it an exceptional choice for flowering and fruiting species, where the cool tone contrasts beautifully with warm blossoms or berries. It is particularly well-suited for Satsuki Azaleas, Japanese Quince (Chaenomeles), or a Cotoneaster. The pot’s depth also accommodates species with vigorous root systems or those styled in semi-cascade forms.
